Thirteen

ever watched the film thirteen? i rented it out from a blockbusters about a year and a half ago its my favourite movie. im a self harmer, i drink a lot, smoke a lot and smoke weed. and in this film the girl smokes drink does drugs and self harms! this film made me realise i need to stop even though i havent i dont do it everyday i only do it when im really upset this film may of helped me but its a little triggering so be careful watching it!!!!!

Hey, its rlly nice to kno that ur trying to change the way u r. You sound like a normal, lovely person and it hurts me to hear that a 14 year old girl would smoke weed. I hope you see through this, Hollie.

that is a good film btw. you need to find out what makes you so upset. whats going on in your life? bad things? good things? try to find out what it is that makes you so upset. and try to do other things that stops your from self harming.

This sounds like me too... I haven't smoked in around 2months&havr recently picked up the blades again:/ do everything you can to stop but for the smoking make sure your always in a situation where you can't,avoid smoking friends and where you normally smoke weed,this is what I did:) stay strong Abby-14
