i cant forget something

i know something about someone i love very much and i dont know how to stop thinking about it.
it keeps me awake at night a lot of the time and it really gets me very upset and nobody i talk to seems to understand.

Anonymity is great for exposing painful thoughts and feelings - why not give it a try here? It sounds like this is really eating you up. Even if you can't post a comment here, why not write everything down for yourself, just to clarify matters? Seeing in black and white can help gain some sort of perspective. I hope the situation resolves itself and that you find some piece.
