Cutting as I do it

I cut myself. Not because Im attention seeking or wanting people to talk to me but because I see no other way to get rid of the pain I feel.
Some people have noticed and asked me but I just say, Cat or feel in a bush.
I dont know if I want help or not, what should I do?

Talk to her
Tell her she is pissing you off and she should cut you some slack
she needs to get you and know how mad you are

Hurting yourself physically is not an answer to ease the pain that you are feeling. Try to open up yourself esp your feelings to someone you could trust and can understand you. Be strong. Dont hurt yourself. Everybody around you can hurt you, but you must stick to yourself. Love yourself more so that you can share love to other people as well

I tried the fell in the bush excuse but i go to private school and everyone there is super smart... it makes me feel stupid... and nobody believed me. Try and stop cos it only gets worse. Good luck to ya x
