My dick is sore.

Okay, so I've been jerking it all day because I'm bored out of my mind, and now I have what appears to be a rash forming..?
I ran out of spit, my mouth is dry as hell, so I used toothpaste for lubrication. I enjoyed it at the time, it felt kinda strange, but now it's hurting really bad. Will it heal itself? Will I get full feeling back when it does? Should I see a doctor about it?
