i only do it when im angry :(

when someone annoys me or i cant have my own way i scratch my self only a little bit it dosent bleed or anything but, it hurts and then makes me cry!!

that's how my addicition started, i only cut to control my anger, until it started to control me. And then they showed up in my head.

Don't scratch yourself, that's how I started now I cut myself all the time and it sux man, try punching something or having a good cry.
