Okay, I think I understand the situation: You love your mom, but she abuses you and due to that fact you bully other people. Right?
Well I agree with tembss, you should report it, you may love her, but by the looks of it, she doesn't love you.
I'm sorry, but that's just how I see it.
Just think about it, if you live your whole life being abused, how will you treat your children in the future?
Will you abuse them too? Think about your future. You can change it
