Why

I did something very wrong I sleep with my best friends grilfriend what schould I do? I fell bad. I dont know what to tell him or tell my grilfriend I fell horrbile.

I know its selfish and you feel bad but it can only get worse.

Tell them. Tell them both. Explain what happened. It won't be easy but you can't blame anyone but yourself. And trust me it will be much better if you tell them yourself now then them finding out later sometimes that's worse than the acctual crime when they find out later with no help from you.
