Please dont do anything to hurt yourself...mentally or phyisically...

People are out there to help you...you just have to find them. keep your chin up...time will heal the wound you have got from your boyfriend, you have two choices forgive and forget or move on....you truly deserve better

I find that when people dont seem to like you ...its because you have something they desperatly want and are jelous of you for having it, so they try and hurt you to get it...dont let them get to you....a smile and confidence will let you beat them...never give up on finding a new job...

hey, know exactly how u feel im there too only i left my job but the fella left me the bastard. i want to die too but u know what i know this will only make me stronger eventually and i hate to hear this myself but time will heal it. dont lose faith in falling in love with someone who loves u back. he obviously has no love for u as my man doesnt me, im just his doormat but the reason it hurts me so much this time is because i kinow its over i wont take him back and please believe me when the rat does come crawling back as hard as it will be tell him to piss off cos hell keep doing it my fella never stopped cos he knew id always take him back but not anymore. make sure u always look immaculate when u r out and about as this makes u feel good and its a mask to hide the hurt too and also when u look good u attract people. have a fling whatever u need to make urself feel good, dont worry about a job and money im not as right now i need all the time i have to pick me up. go out get drunk hang with the girls and cry at home. u know last night i went home with a nice guy i dont fancy but it felt great admittedly it wasnt my ex he wasnt as gorgeous but it just felt nice, i didnt have sex with him either and he has rang me three times today already,i might see him again cos when i was with him he took my mind off it. i wish with all my heart david would change and come back to me but i know he never will and i cant take it anymore. please be strong and dont put yourself thru what i have to me. lots of love and kisses mate, this might not help but i tried xx

Hi, first thing is dont worry, ther eis atwist to this tale, a while back my girlfriend went behind my back , it hurt me so much that i nealry lost my job, so with nothing to lose, i packed up and moved away to London, oh it was tough but thank god i did it, Anyway about 6 month later she contacted me saying it was all a mistake, she came down to see my, but there was nithing there, it ws the best thing ive ever did, do not sale your self out, its his lose and not yours, personally stand up and show him and the world you are better, prettier, sexier and it will be the biggest lose of his life and the biggest high of your life.

time does heal all wounds, but trust me as we roll into 2007 go oot and kick arse.
