i'm adicted to blood

i'll be brief. i'm michael (15) nd i've recently came out of a relationship wif who i thort was the luv of my life. since she left me, i've found the only way 2 blok out the pain is 2 slash my arm, but now i find my self drinkin my own blud. am i a vampire? i spend most my time in th dark in my room wif evanesence playin, tinkin of new ways 2 draw blud. i recently found a girl who is just lyk me and nows wot i've been thru.we drink our own blud at the same time nd it relaxs us and lets us 4get our problems

Hey i kinda know what ur going through. I used to self harm because the physical pain distracted me from my mental pain. but i never used to drink my blood. that may be a psychological issue u have brought on subconsciously by influences such as watching gory movies or listening to certain music or reading certain books. not being patronising at all there lyk a parent saying "you watch too many scary films" uno. drawing blood isnt the safest thing because you could get an infection. Now self harm is addictive so i'd make sure id stop soon and scars that are left over in future may be embarrassing for u as myn are now. I dont want anyone to pity or look down on me and im sure u wouldnt either so dont use the scars or what ur doing as an act of getting attension. again not being horrible i understand to an extent but really do think about what ur doing if not in ur own mind try thinkin of it from another point of view. i hope u decide to take care of urselves x x x

I've considered that before. Why should you care about "the love of your life" anyway? She's just a girl. You're greater than her. Why let her influence you?
