You should really see your doctor if your wanting anti depressents, as I don't think that they can bought over the counter, they must be prescribbed by a doctor - plus he will need to assess you to see whether anti depressants are suitable for you.
From what I understand, Anti depressants are more for people who are suffering very low moods i.e sad, upset, not sleeping well, who feel they cannot cope with life on so forth, and is designed to help them feel better, more positive and cope better with the daily stresses of life - do you suffer with these symptoms? If you make an appointment to see your doctor - your doctor will keep everything you discuss with him confidential!
From what you have said in your post it seems you are suffering more from stress and anxiety due to your exams coming up , which is quite natural. If thats the case in my personal opinion you would be better off taking some like 'Kalms' instead as this more suited for these kinds of feelings, and can be bought over the counter at a chemist, health shop et cetera - again I would recomend you seeing your doctor though just make sure your taking the right things for your conditions.
Good luck with your exams
