Too Fat

Well, you're fat. big deal. don't let your outside appearence fool other people, and most cerainly not yourself. While it may be good to shed a few pounds, look and reflect on your REAL self, and then answer yourself, "does my weight affect my personality? does it affect what i am good at? bad at? does it affect, who you ARE???" NO, is the answer you should find. make other people see that, and they will forget you for your weight, and remember you for your kind-heartedness, compassion, or anything you that you are. that is all i have to say

Stop thinking pessimistic thoughts. its hypocritical coming from me, but you should stop. thinking like that gets you nowehere. just read my comment, then re-read it. answer the questions truthfully. Seriously, 115 pounds is not that bad. just under 10 stone. okay, you may be a little bit fat, but hey, I',m 13 and i last cheacked in at 9 stone, but i don't feel bad about my weight. i am who i am, and while I may be fat, I look at myself and see myself as kind, compassionate and caring. what makes you different? what parts of your personality are good and make others happy? I'm sure there's a lot. Again, read my above comment and answer the questions. also, you should try and find Ian. I think that having something happy, like being reunited with Ian, would be a significant morale boost. you only need happiness to wash away anxiety. re-read my previous comment. answer the questions. make others forget your weight. make others remember your character. most importantly, make YOURSELF forget your weight.

I used to be anorexic when i was like 13-14, i'm 16 now, i get what you feel in your head about your body and it isn't right.
I am happy now about my body, and i gained like 20kgs
even though i don't really have good friends
guys always tell me i'm beautiful and i find it hard to socialise or believe it when people compliment me but pretty much my advice to you would be to tell someone who care about you... your parents might do stuff you don't want them to do but they love you and they will make the right decisions and help you stop this. You might hate it at first, you might not even want to stop right now but you will thank them, trust me when i say that your life will be better without the insecurities... it's not about being thin it's about being happy
