im in debt by 40k i cant cope anymore,ive done everything from writing to the creditors to signing up with payplan (debt management) but im still at a loss,i cant make even the min payments now.to top all this off i now have a new baby boy and me and my partner havnt got a clue about where the next meal is coming from,we done tax credits and child benefits and everything,bankcrupt isnt an option as one of the loans is tied up with my ex,i hope you are still following this.i just want my debts to disappear i will never make those sort of mistakes again as i have nothing to show for it.please if there is anyone out there tht can help me??? any kind millionaire who has spare money he/she doesnt know what to do with,its not a begging letter,way not tht i just dont know what else to do..

All I can suggest is that you contact the Citizens Advice Bureau as they will give you ideas and help.
