Confused

I've been with my boyfriend for a few months now and met a good friend through him. Things were going great until my new found friend admitted that her n my boyfrind have history. I can't stop thinking about it and it's making me feel sick especially as initially they said they'd only ever been mates. To make things worse the other saturday we were all out and they were dancing quite provocatively together. They both said they wouldn't date each other now but I still think it disgusting. Am I right to feel like this, any advice is appreciated.

i kno exactly how u feel... me and my boyfriend are so tight i love him more than anything, but he has this friend who is such a slag.. and they've been mates since they were 5 and everyone used to say that they would always end up togeter they used to be really close and at the end of their texts they put "i love you". however now.. he always tells me how much he doesnt like her anymore and stuff... and one part of me is sayin hes sayin this cos he doesnt want me to worry. but you know wat?? he doesnt need to. i trust this boy with my life, im so in love with that stuff like that doesnt matter. and it shouldnt matter to you. like she sed.. ther "history" it honestly doesnt matter... thers a reason their history.. it didnt work out. think about it.. ur the one with him, not her. dont let it get in the way of ur relationship or you'll regret it xxxx
